This house in Playa Del Rey, CA, needed some love. After a week of stucco repair, we decided on this deep gray with white trim and a chartreuse front door for fantastic contrast of colors. Painting the underside of the eaves adds a cleaner look and then painting the garage door and fences to mimic stained teak brought it all together to turn a dingy driveby into a modern head turner.
