Whatever you need, we can help you make it happen.
Maybe you have a brand new home. Maybe your home is just feeling a bit dingy or outdated. Maybe you’re feeling like you want to call the demolition crew and start over from scratch. You know you don’t have the time or expertise to pull this off and you need to call a professional painter who has experience in both design and painting skills. It feels a bit like a gamble, though. Asking someone to come to your home or business means you need to trust their ability and also their character.
When you work with Phil Jeske Painting, we walk you through everything, from assessing how much work is needed, to selecting the colors that compliment your home while also making it look and feel indulgent. We’ll choose quality products that meet your budget and give you professional, beautiful finishes that are blemish-free, durable, and long lasting.

PRICING
Pricing depends on a number of conditions, so it is difficult to give standard rates that you can calculate at home. This is why we give free estimates.
Some of the conditions on which we calculate price are the current condition of the property, access, the timeline you specify for completion, the products you wish to use, how many elements of the space you need painted (walls, ceiling, trim, doors, floors, windows, etc.) and the final result you are hoping to receive. Are you just looking for a color change on your walls? Do you need wall repair? Are you doing a complete restoration in order to make the space look as it did when it was new construction in 1965?
Also, only you know your budget. This isn’t a question that contractors ask prior to an estimate, for ethical reasons with regard to competitors’ bids. However, prices can be negotiated by revisiting the scope of work or selecting less costly materials.
Existing Condition
How much repair is required? Do we need to rip out some walls or just do a little sanding and cleaning. Prep is 80% of a job, so this is an important question.
Scheduling
How soon do you need to start and how long do we have to complete the project? How many hours a day can we access the property?
